A minor bug.

    Describe the bug- the bug is simple very simple while i was checking out my admin commands i got suspicious i was alone in the server,and my id must be 0 i typed /jail 0 i was just testing when this happened no one is in the server but my id is  3 i said  WHAT THE HELL?? what is this then i saw its a bug.
 
   How to do it- its simple be alone in the server and your id must be 0 right you type any command in admin which give you money or jail yourself using /jail 0 the bug appears.

   Any solution to solve the bug?- yeah i know this id 1 and id 2 guys are in officers suit id 1 is patrolling the wang cars and id 2 is at the bank patrolling the bank i mean thats like good feature its like guard but?, why  is it taking its id as 1,2 and as i noticed when i tried to jail them and teleport to them id 1's name is-Emma id 2's name-Officer.but i mean just  do not let them take ids or else player could have been seeing this and when they say this is stolen script.

That's not a bug Cody NPCs Bots takes the player slots like a real player how ever these bots are not shown in player lists
